I work for a property management company and we have three of our locations with Aramark. Out of three accounts we are only satisfied with one. This is the worst service ever. The Sales Reps or District Manager will NEVER respond once you sign that contract. you are advised to call 1-800-aramark to set up a service request. I HAVE 19 UNANSWERED SERVICE REQUESTS. i'M ABOUT TO DROP OFF THEIR UNIFORMS IN PERSON AND BE DONE WITH THEM.

Let’s see where do I start. The drivers have a goal of charging us the customer an extra 30% per week in loss and damage. This means as a driver you have to find or “create” these extra charges. If you don’t you will have a route audit when you return which consists of dumping the dirty product on the ground and then making the driver have to clean it up. The drivers are paid on commission which also means the more “FAKE” charges they find the more they are paid. The GM (Adrian) at this site is slimy at best. He talks down to everyone and calls them names while walking around like he is better than the next person. When you try to leave the company as a customer they through a slimy contract at you and threaten you with lawyers. It’s all a big joke! They lose items all the time and don’t replace them unless you want to pay for them. They also play this game where they overstuff your linens or towels so you have much more than you need. This way they collect rent on things they don’t have to wash. If you want 100 towels a week they bill you for 200 per week and give you only 100. (Inventory is set at 400 towels for a combined 2 week total). There is a ton of slimy things that happen. Adding stuff to your invoice as a “sample” is a joke as they don’t take it off and bill you extra. STAY AWAY. Side note the person below in the reviews (Crystal) that is saying what a great place this is to work with happens to be the girlfriend of Slimy GM Adrian. Shows you how stand up the place is that they have to get people to leave fake reviews. RUN AWAY FROM ARAMARK!

Worst uniform company. They never have complete sets and they still charge you. And u can never get ahold of anyone to help including your own rep
