I wanted to return an item without a box and they wouldn’t let me do it, Because it was the store policy not to return without a box (that was written in a fine print in the back of the receipt). I don’t know who would’ve read that, but I did not. This was the first time that this happened to me for a return that they would refuse to return the item because it didn’t have a box. The least they could’ve done was giving me a store credit but they wouldn’t even take a look at the item or anything. Very bad customer service!!!! I wouldn’t buy from them again.
