I rate it three because I’ve only done curbside pick up. My frustration is with the app and the ability to quickly find the check in option. I don’t go in the store because you might as well do everything yourself…you end up having to anyway if you don’t want to be charged. You asked I’ve answered!

I went into a Verizon store on Monday, January 24, 2022 and had a wonderful experience there. Many thanks to Mollick MAHLIK and Kristen for helping me set up my Verizon gift card to pay my Verizon accounts on my Verizon app. I had been unable to do this from home despite having spoken with a well intention Verizon sales associate on the phone. I’m very happy that I was able to utilize my generous Verizon gift card and have the experience worked out in such an efficient way

The staff was great! I've had horrible experiences with non-corporate Verizon stores especially cellular sales in Swansea. I was lied to , there is no level of customer service at all. But every time I go to a corporate store nothing but a good experience from entrance to exit especially here in seekonk.Thanks for the review, Keith! Customer service is our first priority, and we want each store experience to be a positive one. See you again on your next visit!
