Extremely difficult to get set up. They schedule appointments in 4 hour blocks. They will not call ahead or call upon arrival. If you don't hear the door knock, you miss the set up.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I cut my gas off about five years ago. When I received a bill...I immediately called asking them why am I receiving a bill at a empty house where the gas is cut off. The representative said someone would come and lock the meter. This is around 2017/18 and the bill is only between 14 to 24 dollars. And that's because no one lived there. Why in In 2021 Atmos is telling me that I have a bill of $588.? Why are they telling me that they just locked a meter in 2019 that was supposed to be locked years ago. I have never received a bill of $588. Their customer service representative said today, 04/27/2014...well would you like me to send it to you now. I can email it. How professional😡😡

I like how the only people who rate this company 5 stars are the people who work for it. They’re price’s are outrageous. They take advantage of the fact that there is pretty much no competition. I would give this company 0! Stars if I could!

And they charged me from October to April and I could no longer pay a bill of almost 500 dlls and I am struggling with work right now I could pay 100 per month to settle that account they think they can accept that I always pay the gas to the owner of the house and He doesn't want to give me my money back to pay that high bill

Atmos is a gas company. They use electric. But they don't sell it because they are a gas company. Bless you.
The Atmos rep. should have left you a card to contact them. If the work in the neighborhood is not complete they may be waiting till project is complete to replace grass and trees
I ask that question also and never receive an answer, Never received a bill but my gas got turned off. Now I'm trying to get it back on.
