No clue how this place is a 3 star hotel. It is, at most, 2. That is simply for the attitude of the staff. The building itself? 1 all the way. The rooms were the second worst that I've ever stayed at, with carpets that appear to not have been cleaned within the past decade. Furniture reminded me of a dorm room. Bathroom had tiles breaking apart, and I wouldn't trust the shower. AC unit blasted out a rank smell to boot. Overall, just needs a complete gutting and renovation from what I could tell. Not to mention, the other guests were up all hours of the night letting their children run amok, screaming up and down the halls. It was delightful trying to sleep for a single hour. I was expecting a homestyle feeling based on the positive reviews beforehand that I read, but what I got was what all the negatives have been saying. Don't believe the lies that they reply with either. They clearly don't care about the feedback.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO!! Tried to book a room through hotels.com. Got a notification saying “sold out” prior to even being able to check out. Did not receive a confirmation email or anything and got a different hotel. I was charged anyway and when I called and asked why I was charged they said “you no show up” though I called from a blocked number and never gave them any of my info. They refused a refund and continued to charge my card for things such as “clothing” in the bank memo. They will steal your account info! Beware!!

Worst front desk service... Despite the sign saying to either ring the bell or use the phone. The expectation of the owner is something else. We came late, we ring the bell and she comes to the window arguing about the tardiness. First, why would you leave the sign overnight if you don't want anybody checking in at your inconvenience. Second, she ask how much we pay... How are we supposed to know how much she's getting if we already told her this location we choose with a package plane+hotel+rental... She told us "we paid $50 for the room"... We said "no, we are paying $1400 for the package" (she shouldn't be promoting her business to this parties now that she knows she's getting scam too) She tells us it's too late, and proceeds to argue about "next time do this...bla bla bla I told her "don't worry, next time we don't come here"then I took a picture of her own rules and she immediately change her tone. She ask us if we speak Spanish, we say yes and then she proceeds to speak "brasileño";🤣 not even close, we didn't understand what she tried to say even tho some words are similar. Now she is trying to be courteous. Doble face 😈🥰 Don't come here... Spend your money elsewhere. Go where your business will be appreciated no matter the time of the day. 😉 By the way, since our room was taken she send us to an empty room, judging by the reviews, hopefully nobody comes for this room at check in tomorrow. *Tub clogged

Booked a room for a week. Got there, checked in with the nicest staff I’ve dealt with, got to my room, was there 15 min and checked out. There were holes in the wall, a giant hole in the closet ceiling, tile was coming up on the bathroom floor, there was a random person running up and down the hall knocking on doors, and there looked like there was some rot on one of the exposed pipes in the corner of the room. I could hear everything like it was inside of my room. Great location, great staff, not a great experience.
