Yesterday I visited this place and purchased an inflatable recovery collar. The sales person showed me the item, tried it on my pup, and assured me it would work just like the regular cone collars. I was dissappointed to arrive home and see the collar did not work and my pup could still reach affected area. I returned to store today to make a return but owner informed me she could not accept return because her small business could not take a loss. I asked her if it was okay for me to take a loss, she laughed at me and said I can contact the manufacture. When I asked for contact information she said I can go online and figure it out. There's no policy in-place about returns and the receipt doesn't say anything about returns and I was not informed they don't do returns or exchanges. I let it slide the last time I took my pup for grooming and they gave her cbd without my permission. Now this seriously, this woman should return to school to learn respect when dealing with clients rather than laughing in their faces.

Had a kitty that needed grooming. He has been groomed before by not here. I believe the cat groomer was Miss Mindy. She did a fantastic job shaving him. Not a trim mark, nice and smooth. Only thing I would change is the amount of time it took to get an appointment, but that's everywhere. Thank you for a good cut and courteous service.
