I ordered an anniversary basket for my aunt and uncle for same day delivery! I called later that day as it was getting late and it was not delivered yet! I gave them the address and they advised it was on its way! Well it was never delivered... Lies I will never order again! They just lost a big order because I had 4 more baskets I would be ordering next week! Not from them!!

It all started Tuesday morning when our amazing agent emailed me to tell me she had sent the office an edible arrangement for Easter, she then told me they told her we refused the delivery on MONDAY. I called edible arrangements, this LOUD rude women gets on the phone and asks me when I left the office, I said 4pm. She said the driver got here at 5pm, I said yea we close at 4 - she says "I just said he got there at 5!" I repied "yea I understand im telling you we close at 4." She then told me "well we dont take times for deliveries." The driver basically gets here when he gets here, BUT He went out early so he should get here by 4??? Well guess what about 10 mins ago on Thursday we finally get the delivery. I could tell when he walked in with the fruit, it was the same fruit thats been sitting in his van for 4 days that they attempted to deliver MONDAY! It smells like rotten fruit. The chocolate is all melted. This is the worst place and I will NEVER EVER reccomend them to anyone, I told my agent to get her money back. So buyer beware! Unless you like Moldy, warm, soggy, rotten fruit

Should've read the reviews first. Put in a simple Birthday gift order, and called to inquire about time frame. Told them it'd be okay to de-prioritize it until the end of the day, as the recipient wouldn't be home for an hour or two anyway. Got a long winded rant from a flustered woman telling me she had to keep her delivery drivers busy, and I was unreasonable for the suggestion. Got a call back 5 min later letting me know 'they ran out of product'. Just bizarre. In my experience, NYC and CT locations are great, though.

Do not order from here they are rip offs!! I ordered a Birthday in a Box & a Box of assorted cupcakes for a friend… She never got half the order l sent her yet I was still charged for the whole order nor was I informed the driver forgot some of the items in the car and never brought them back to deliver… When I called and spoke to the store manager (Ashley) she was the most unpleasant and unprofessional manager I have ever spoke with her response to my issue was “well i don’t know what to tell you”. And do I want a credit or for them to deliver the missing things today ? Um a little late her birthdays over & I had to call and complain to receive the credit that I should have got when the items didn’t get delivered!! I would have never known she didn’t get half the things I ordered if I didn’t ask her!! I will never order from here again
