Very disappointed, bought some hardware, long story short didn’t have to use it, so went to return it, in the little bags that they mark with prices they write, and receipt in hand that matches. Thin lady with blond/ white hair, scurried off to the back to figure price, why I don’t know everything matched, comes back, gives me half of the value of the receipt! I advised, I returned everything on that receipt thus full refund was in order, her response was, no you didn’t, she was curt and dismissive. Everything was returned, I was careful to return everything on the receipt. The money was not issue, her poor attitude was the ballgame. I didn’t give you a bad review you earned it, too bad because all the other employees were nice and courteous. Hint lady part of customer service is listening to the customer and paying attention to what they’re saying, rushing around and not paying attention is not customer service. No worries, there are other hardware stores.
