Beautiful location with dozens of easy paths through the woods and along the south shore of the reservoir. Across the road, on the same side of the river, is the fish hatchery with an incredible specimen pond with huge sturgeon. And for eats there is a pizza restaurant just east on the highway, incase you don't catch dinner.

DO NOT USE THE BATHROOMS!!!!! They are the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in it's like walking into a house of horrors. Toliets are full of pop, layers and layers of cob webs, the floors are flitjy

This has been an amazing fishing 🎣 hole for myself and my brothers for years. Its not only a beautiful area but there is plenty of camping, recreation, and fishing areas all along this part of the river. If you get bored at one spot there are other spots within minutes.
