I’ve been in the transportation industry in all its capacity for over 25 years. I’ve done customer service, dispatching, reservations agent, routing and scheduling, I have also done airport shuttle driver, employee transfers, ADA wheel chair transportation, charter buses, party bus, as well as brewery winery tours, wedding, dinner, bachelor, bachelorette parties. With that said Black Tiger transportation company should be held accountable of some kind of consequence for not been on time, or even not bothering to show up and putting patients health at risk Company and Drivers are only as good as there dispatchers, routing and scheduling staff. Black Tiger is unprofessional as a non medical transportation keeps on dropping the ball by not showing up to a schedule pick, or even showing up late, or showing up with a wrong type of vehicle its uncalled for and unprofessional and should be fined and held responsible for there mistakes by the Governing body of MTS and SANDAG. 1st day at SNIF facility 8/22 no show for pick up, 8/23 showed up 1hr late, 8/24 no show again, 8/30 showed up in a sedan Instead of a ramp equipped vehicle 9/1 showed up an 1hour late and on 9/9 and 9/16 didn’t even to bother to show up and when called up they want to defer the blame the SNIF staff for scheduling when you personally both verbally and written where given the appointment times. If as a company can’t provide the essential service to and from dialysis or other non emergency medical transportation for patients that need this life saving treatment or others then you have no business been in the non medical industry….

They always made me wait for hours, to be pick up last time I wait 3 hrs , also the ugly acctiude for the ladies who answered the phone , I will NOT recomended .

The drivers and dispatch have being very helpful to me. Crystal and Jose have always provided assistance involving my transportation. The drivers are very friendly with me and make the trips enjoyable, asking my preference in climate control and music.
