I’m so completely impressed with Shade Pro!! We happened to be in San Diego and researched RV window coverings. I’ve been wanting to get something to keep the sun out of our RV windshield, but Magna Shade had a 5-7 week lead time and double the cost!! I called Shade pro and their amazing staff was able to arrange to come out THE NEXT DAY and measure our RV! This was on Tuesday. On Friday, Steve installed our window coverings!! 3 day turnaround!! The installation took only 1 hour and the temperature difference was incredible! Because it was custom, I had them extend the coverage over the top front of the RV (see photos which cannot be done with magnets) . The heat from the front is now 90% less than with the inside shade that blocked our view!! Our AC is working sooo much better now!! We can see out, stay cool and keep our privacy!! The slight wrinkle in the photo will go away as the fabric stretch’s from the sun. Shade Pro service and coverings are the best!

They are a rip! I paid 225 for what looks like a cheap plastic tablecloth. The description said heavy duty, they forgot to add cheap to that statement. It is so flimsy, the little overhang stays up with the slightest breeze They asked me for pictures (That's when I knew what was coming.) Then said they do not do returns on installed awnings. WELL you can't see what it looks like until you install it. Look elsewhere and read everything.

Sounds like you're referring to the windshield cover. That is a 94% block, rubber coated polyester mesh. It'll provide quite a bit of cooling inside the windshield and added privacy.
The awning you probably have is thd Dometic 9100. Once any part of the arm is bent, complete arm replacement is the way to go. Trying to replace individual segments of the arm is really a difficult task and I'm pretty sure Dometic doesnt Sell individual arm components
