Just at this location, but 2 times in a row, July 2021 and today, had reservations, paid and arrived to airport and then didn't have cars. Basically told me good luck. Last time I was lucky the person I sat next to on the plane took me into town and rented a uhaul, this time got another car with another company. It's not like there's a lot of Uber or lyft, plus I had an hour drive for work

I’ve always rented with enterprise in Denver & LA and never had any issues, but here in Williston, what a joke, I reserved a car ahead of time & went to pick it up, then they said they didn’t have any vehicles. WHY they did not let me know this before I went there to pick it up is beyond me. What a waste of time

I received an unsafe vehicle(shaking) that needed to be swapped out asap. I was on a snowy highway with high winds on a highway with nothing in between of 75 to 80 miles. the miles, this I felt was dangerous for me as a single driver with no passenger and to help. This was finally done with hesitation By them. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The roadside helpline & customer service, not friendly at all, it is more of a burden for them and irritating as well to them. I will not be renting from this company nor Alamo again. they are all sister partners So they advertise, but it is clear they do not work on the same page as providing good customer service at the very least. A very disappointed customer... p.s. Rental manager named "O" at the site in Williston ND. He Did everything he could to try to make this right unfortunately customer service leaves a mark for quite a while. but my hat is off to him for trying his best..

*** rating change*** 12/23 - Upon arriving for a pick up, only having made an rsvp a couple hours earlier. Sam greeted me, kept me at ease through the different barriers and got me out the door with time for last minute outfit shopping. This last minute decision to meet up with family for Christmas will be on time for the festivities tonight!! Thanks Sam for one less thing to have to worry about! **Sam is 5 stars** *** update *** NOT 5 STAR 12/25 - I have the car longer then anticipated. Np right! Call for an extension. Told by a female at this location to drop it off at nearest location and leave the keys in it or run my CC. I was in Vegas. It's Christmas. NO location was open to run a CC... 20hrs away from home, plans change things happen. That's life ! 🤔. She wasn't very pleasant, or helpful, she wasn't even trying to help me. I hung up and called 1-800 customers serv and they were able to get it extended to Monday. 12/28 - Sam called to check on me. Seeing that the car was out longer then anticipated. Seen notes from customers service. Almost there... rerouted through Spearfish, ND. Didn't make it in time for drop off. I would like to call into the location... but it's not 2pm yet... and why call if the morning person ain't Customer Service material. *** Food for thought to the lady who may have just been having a bad morning. *** Now more then ever. Customer Service is Key! With limited availability and access to normality. When I get to do something of luxury, like taking my son to see family for the first time in 5 years for Christmas. Doing a gruesome 20hr drive one way to make it happen! Single mom holding it down, saving for our newest addition to our family. Life is rough young lady. You can still do your job without being a complete A**! I'll think twice before renting from this ticket counter. I might just hit the swing shift only.
