Told by staff that 2 parents cannot be with 8 year old for haircut. No postings anywhere, and nothing on the website about this odd rule. Have seen 2 parents many times before, so maybe it was just a rude barber.

Had an appointment yesterday at 1:15, and after the lady at the front desk finished bickering that my appointment isnt until 2:15. It was finally my turn and it took this lady 10 mins to cut my hair and it was probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received from a professional. I understand it was busy but my hair was long. Well below my eyes. I won’t be coming back

Went online to make an appointment. Made the appointment for 11am, showed up at 1045 to check in early. Masks are required during the haircut, which is understandable. But they didn't provide masks and was told I can walk across the plaza to get one at Starbucks. Seemed odd but without hesitation I said "sure, I'll be right back." I was gone no longer than 3 minutes, and as soon as I returned, there was another customer there, a walk in. They proceeded to tell me to come back at 1130. 40 minites after what I initially set my appointment to. And before I got a chance to say anything, she proceeded to sit the other customer. Very rude and unprofessional.
