I would give them zero stars ! Let’s start with if you have an appointment and go early - you should be able to be seen early - second , there is a small child screaming about not wanting a shot ! No one wants to hear that - calm the child or make it so that an entire Lobby doesn’t have to hear him . How sad Third , a man came in bleeding 🩸 all over and they left the floor full of blood 🩸 until one of the workers came out and wiped it with a Lysol wipe - i have now been here an hour and a half early and no one has called me yet . The elderly people here are not being attended and there is no one at the front - only a computer - i feel badly for any older person that has to wait here . Don’t go early - it doesn’t make any sense but 2 people with no appointment at all got in before me - so i guess - don’t make an appointment .

I was taken timely. However the tech was most unfriendly and very critical. She spoke to me in a whisper and certainly was not customer friendly

Labcorp allowed me to drop off. I even asked before if I could just drop no appt needed and the nurse said yes. I tried to drop off with with paperwork in bag and nurse didn’t want to take sample very disappointing. Didn’t bother to tell me there was a drop off section on the screen. while in the past I’ve see other nurses take drop off samples very racist. The nurse was a short african america. lady will hair pulled back. will get name to update this review.

Awful be careful when you book your appointment, I schedule my appointment and when I arrived at the place I was told they couldn’t do my test because they close at 10am and my test requires me to be there till 10:30am, I don't understand why schedule me if it wasn’t possible. Very unprofessional not letting me know ahead of time and wait till my arrival the day of the appointment.
