RUDE receptionist! she yelled at me for not having a mask (I understand this is not right) but she literally screamed to me and then stop talking - I wanted to know if she can provide a mask; I guess she didn't. I left.

Front desk at this place is the worst, automated check in machines stopped working a long ago, get here on time for your appointment and they make you wait over 30 mins, get here 5 mins late for your appointment and they tell you now you are a walk-in, guess what ? You also have to wait at least 30 mins. Front desk staff is rude and slow. On the other hand nurses and health personnel are professionals and treat you with more empathy. Lori in particular was attentive and caring.

They have a kiosk you check in at, scans your insurance card and id. No appointment needed. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
