Been to their locations in Williston, ND, (basically only a storage location, you'll need to go to DMV for temp plates or permit to drive out) Denver, CO and Houston, TX. All locations have been an overall good experience.

I dont believe so. Pretty strict about 8 to 5. I showed up at 5 to 5 and they told me to come back the next day to load out.
