Staff and manager were extremely rude

I have never met a more unprofessional rude manager than Victoria at this location. My child’s shoe broke in the mall as we were passing the croc store so my 2 daughters and I decided to buy from there. While in the store my 7 yr old needed to use the restroom so exited the store with her 18 yr old sister. The fact that my child’s shoe had broke and I was waiting on her to return was disclosed to the man on duty in the store at the time as he was asking if I needed help with anything while I was waiting on their return. He was super polite and said to let him know if we needed help with any sizes when she came back. When my children tried to come back into the store they ere denied entry because ALL OF A SUDDEN there were capacity limits. She would not allow them to even tell me they were back and proceeded to ask if they had a phone and said they could call me from outside the store to let me know they were back. Nothing was posted and when asked if they had the capacity signs posted she said no but if it would make me feel better they could grab one from the back. Now mind you my seven year old is now barefoot outside the store and unable to even try a pair of crocs on because even her entry into the store to be with HER MOTHER was denied. When I let Victoria know that she could loose her job by separating a minor from her parent and having her wait outside the store could cause her to loose her job she simply laughed. The reality is had something happened to her outside the CROC store CROC would be liable considering she was denied re entry into the store to be with her PARENT. Victoria has no business being in customer service much less being a manager. Under no circumstances should a child be pushed away from being returned to their parent. Having a manager that thinks this is not only acceptable but also funny is Unbelievable.
