I typically purchase online. Today I called and spoke with Steven (I hope I have the name correct) to exchange an online order. The process was seamless. Came into the store. Every employee working was great to talk to. Great layout of the store merch. Will be back for sure. 🤙

Being told that the size I am looking for isn't really stocked in store and that they can order the clothes online for me is not helpful. If I wanted to shop online I would not have come to look for clothes in person. Size inclusivity doesn't exist if the clothes all exist theoretically on the internet. The corporate buyers need to do better in a city full of big people.
