I’m grading this establishment two stars simply because the karaoke rooms were nice, spacious and high tech. Other than those few good things, their customer service came off really racists. Yes, I said it. I may be Asian (like the owners and workers) but I was no exception, not that I was hoping to be treated better than anyone else but I really wish we (who are Hmong) were treated with the same regard as the other Asian customers. They were greeted with smiles while we were greeted with a million questions asking if we would buy alcohol or not. After I stated that we do not drink, the host completely ignored us. I understand they make most of their money from selling alcohol but I was not going to drink to be more likable. Long story short, I’ll never go there again.

I spent my pre birthday celebration with my family we sang a lot of songs for a long period of time but overall the service there was outstanding and my family and i enjoyed it going there.

This KTV is awesome. It’s a little hidden gem but it’s well worth finding. Saturday 2-8PM is happy hour and my friends and I sang for 5 hours. We only paid $23 (including tip) per person for the entire time. Most places charge by the hour so we were impressed. -Great song selection. -Free drink included (not watered down at all) and it came quickly. -Clean and spacious rooms. -Digital screen Tablet control (not a button remote) I hope they stay in business for a long time, I’ll be returning again to relieve my stress! 🕺💃🎤
