I recently purchased some earrings from Elizabeth Jewelry when I found her at a makers fair event. I absolutely LOVED every piece of jewelry she had and it was very difficult to decide what I wanted. I could tell she put a lot of work into making all of her jewelry and each piece was carefully priced. She was very friendly and great to speak with and quick to answer questions. I don’t make rings. I’m very sorry but I think you may be confusing me with another seller with a similar name. Perhaps Try going to amazon or eBay to find the seller you bought from and ask from that website. I am a one woman artisan who has been making jewelry for over 20 years. I do know another jewelry company exists that started years after I did, but simply added “incorporated” after the name, and they are a big made overseas company and people come looking for them when their products don’t arrive, and they confuse me for them, probably because my name and website is decades older so it is higher ranking on google. I wish you the best in locating how to communicate with them and that all goes well for you!
