Prices are less than other supermarkets, HOWEVER: 1) Today threw away 2 lbs of peaches which I bought at LA Hacienda market 2 days ago. All rotten. 2) Today threw away about a third of blueberries box, which was bought there 2 days ago. 3) Last week had to throw away 4 full heads of garlic, which were bought a few days before that day... So in short, THE QUALITY of some PRODUCE in La Hacienda market IS NOT FRESH. Some of it is OLD FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Which makes them actually less affordable than it seems, since lots of what you pay for is old and you'll have to throw it away before being able to eat it. 4) Store is messy. Lots of products don't have prices on the shelves. Workers there are kind and will check prices for you, but it's hard to go to cashier every 5 minutes, asking about yet another product.... makes shopping very looooong.... 5) Workers here are very kind and helpful. 6) If you inspect items well before buying, it is, despite of selling some old products, a good, nicely varied market (:

So you must pay attention when cashier is ringing up your groceries. Good idea for all of us. You would think the the help would be more service oriented. Where is the management?
They have partitions at the register , everyone must wear a mask. Hand soap at front door.
