Maybe it was the holiday but this was my worst experience, I ordered "to-go" arrived @ the pick up time, waited 10 more minutes, and was then told that my "ticket" just printed and has not been started yet. I tried to be patient and see if I could sit at the bar and pay for a drink while I wait... I was then told that the bar is closed I would have to be seated @ a table to be served, so much foe trying to be an understanding patient guest... After watching other seated guests having issues with their checks/food, and waiting a total of 20 minutes, my food was finally ready, no discount, so sorry for the delay... WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!

Ordered online and when my husband got home with our food we saw that they forgot to give us the SAUCE for our tenders. We called and asked if they could remake the order for us and we would come pick it up. They said that they won't remake a $35 order just for two 60 cent sauces. We live 20 mins away from this place mind you. So essentially she was suggesting we drive all the way back out to pick up two things of sauce, and then drive back home to put it on what would by then be COLD food! Are you kidding me?? NEVER going back to this location.

Horrible service . 20 minutes to be seated. 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our order . No soda refill. My son got spiced up but recommended by another waitress mango habanerro and no one comes to bring water. Ever coming back

Service is hit or miss. On our last visit they had 1 server on a Sunday afternoon during football. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait to be seated bc they had 1 server.
