Questions every deposit. Holds your money to open a new account for weeks (contrary to written statement). Doesn't answer their phone to make an appointment. You have to go in person to make an appointment. Only WF in town. Miserable experience every time, but it's the only national bank in the area.

Dear friends please stay away from Wells Fargo bank specialty with Zelle transfer!!! Wells Fargo bank doesn’t have a power to solve any issues regarding to Zelle transfer, remember never ever. You will lose your Money forever!!! Only one bank will take care of you it’s Chase !!!

They make everyone wait next to the only ATM before going into the bank leading to a COVID crowd in their building. Seems legally and physically perilous for everyone.
