Food was subpar and nothing makes me feel more comfortable than sitting next to a woman who's watching Fox News up on their TV mumbling and laughing to herself while diving into her Bible on commercial breaks.

This is probably the worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to. The cashier (says JBennett on my receipt) c[ouldn't have been more unfriendly or irritated that we were there ordering food. I rarely name anyone specifically in public but you have a terrible employee working here Carl's Jr. My husband and I typically spend $50+ any time we go to Carl's Jr, this time we spent $22. All the cashier could say is "anything else?" In such an annoyed tone that I almost told my husband to go elsewhere but there wasn't really anywhere else that was open at that hour (11:20 PM). As you can see in the photos, the 3 chicken tenders I received were tiny, the fries were old but marginally hot. Going to continue this review anyway o9

I don’t know who manages this store. They need better management. One gal was more interested in her cellphone than helping. Don’t know if she is new or if she just didn’t care because they weren’t too busy. Then she proceeded to adjust her shirts or bra I don’t know what. Then proceeded to fox her hair. Never looked at maybe washing her hands after. The whole crew seemed not to have anything to do. Then I get back to eat and I ordered chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich and no bacon. I can’t see where they can get a an order wrong with no one in the store. Very disappointed with the service altogether
