Never pick up phone They do it on purpose they put a machine on that just tells you I’m gonna have to disconnect the call, I’m gonna have to disconnect the call what the hell is the point of you guys

I applied 11 months ago for a k1 visa until now I don't hear nothing from Imigration when you called them no answers . No access for a conversation on the website the process time is 10.5 when we going get the answer we need I'm stressing out about this .im sure you going to push the time process for long next month I checked the website often.
