I have been rescheduled three times now. First two I was called and asked to come back later. Rescheduling never bothered me because my car part is not commonly available and it takes time. Today I went to the shop, got there, was told by the front desk agent they don’t have the part and that I should’ve been called. Also, that I would be called when the part arrived. The tone of voice was dismissive. I asked to be rescheduled, he said no, that I call costumer service. Horrible service and the front desk agent was unprofessional beyond compare. To say I’m furious is an understatement.

I've used Safelite for many windshields. After my experience with them September 12, 2022 - I will never use them again. Their driver called to say he'd be here between 11-12, and then never showed up. I called the branch to see when they'd be able to get the service done, and they offered no explanation & tried to scheduled me for days down the road. Jeremiah offered some BS explanation on how their technicians aren't flexible enough to move around their schedules to accommodate me, suggesting I should move mine around AGAIN for them to come back out. I called another local company in Jupiter. They quoted me the same job for almost 30% less. I advise everyone to shop around - better service and pricing is definitely not far away.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. Paid $475 to get my window replaced and when I canceled my appointment they said I had to wait 5-10 days for a refund. Once I finally got my money back they charged my card another $475 and would not own the mistake. They overdrafted my account with an unauthorized charge. These people are crooks and the staff is inappropriately rude

Safelite can come to your place of work or home. Any where that's convenient for you. Store6164
Good luck finding the local shop's phone number. When I desperately needed it neither the toll free Safelite number, nor the Geico number would give it to me. Cost me $400 because of this simple failure. But the tech at the West Palm store couldn't have been more professional and courteous.

Yes they do also if your vehicle has full coverage in state of Florida your front windshield is covered at no charge same goes for rear glass
