They lost my item, made a ton of excuses and said it was my fault. In the end no one took the effort to help me in my case, even providing everything they need to verify. Don’t even lose your time here, you don’t want to be in the same situation as me. It cost me 170 bucks to realize that PyBox offers a bad service, you may have this for free. Look for any other company, thank me later. Mr. Gerardo I hope you have a good day and please take off my airpods to listen to your costumers. Bye!
