The store was clean and organized. The lady who came to help me at the register was kind and friendly. I wish I could remember her name. However, some of the staff stocking shelves behaved as if they really REALLY hated their jobs.

it depends on what you're looking for if you're looking for Toys they're probably in the toy section if you're looking for a necklace it's probably in the jewelry section if you're looking for clothes it's right in the clothes section if you're looking for games or movies go to electronicsit just depends on what you're looking for go to that department or you can ask the people when you walk in the front door and they can tell you where anything was at in the store

Their customer service counter is the worst! The money order machine is always down or the people that work there don't know how to use it. The guy working their had the worst attitude ever. He told me to go get a money order beside Tim Hortons. Like i really want to drive all the way back down tiffin avenue, when I'm already there. They need to get it together in there, It's terrible!

It should be. If you are having trouble finding it ask an employee in that section or area. They may place it in a different area then you are looking or it maybe on a pallet in the back storage rm
