It is very sad what has happened to this place. When I was younger I was always so excited to visit here. Now it is like a ghost town. I would recommend going to the Columbus outlets. Much better, cleaner and more stores.

Few stores remain. I drove 20 miles out of my way, only to find nothing of interest.
The tracks, for the railroad, have been torn up. The idea of having a train, as an attraction, for those not interested in shopping, seems like a good idea.

as much as I love this place the parking is in need of repair and a lot of the stores are gone but the stores that are open had very friendly staff from shoe rack to famous foot wear and my personal favorite the wrangler store. I still love coming here while a little dated it has a nice charm about it. It does make me sad the train doesn't run anymore and I just don't see it business picking up again but I am hopeful for this place because it is worth the drive for the great staff and amazing deals the stores always have!! I got wrangler Jeans for 12.97 and 11.98 a pair that is crazy I got 2 pairs of shoes for 90 bucks and they were not even in the clearance section. while most malls have over priced clothing your really do leave this place with deals. I hope this amazing mall can get back on its feet before it's too late!!

Was disappointed when I finally get there after passing by it all the time while traveling. This time decided to stop in. There are about 5 or 6 stores. And most of the place is closed. It looks like a ghost town. So sad.
Trust me when I say the mall is no where near closing.. that rumor has been around for years.. yes they have lost stores but there is still lots there!
Just an FYI for those who are travelling far distances to go to the Ohio Outlet mall, everything is shut down. We just drove 40+ minutes to go there and there was only like 4 stores open.

There are many stores close, but not all. By next year they will probably be closed. The company that owns the place has been doing this to all of their outlet stores.
Does anyone know if the outside playland is closed due to covid?

When I was there, some folks were at the picnic pavilion, and the playground didn't seem to be taped off or anything
Is the veterans car show still going on this year on september 12th 2020

Unfortunately the event has been cancelled per Governor's mandate and Health Department.
It cool to be at a mall and all the store are outside. I'm Florida I know a few malls with the same concept. They probably don't do so well in the winter time tho
