I went here around 5:40pm and the website says that they close at 7:00pm. They weren't open. There was no notification on the door or anything. There was about 10 cars lined up behind us and there was alot of business lost. It's gone downhill very quickly since I worked here. It has changed management alot and they clearly don't know how to run it. Very displeased.

We LOVE the Lodi Arby's. I got the Pecan Chicken Wrap, and it was actually a generous portion of Chicken Salad! It looked like the picture on the menu! My husband got the Tossed Salad with chicken, and was very happy with the romaine lettuce! I prefer a mixed green salad, but he loved it!

Was traveling through & decided to grab a bite. Food was cold, cooking grease needed changed. I was too far down the road to turn around & go back to complain. But will not ever stop there again. But i will say the employees was very nice.
