I read the reviews and I really don't know where all these low scores are coming from. I've been there several times for myself as well as my mother and her late '90s and they've always treated her and me very well. I find it to be a logical and convenient option to ER. And you can make the same day appointments so you don't have to wait, I literally had a zero minute wait today, and the practitioner was there within a very few minutes, I don't know how they could have been faster.

The WORST “health” place in the universe , I brought my 34 weeks pregnant wife to this supposedly urgent care room my wife was very sick , we waited for ever , and my wife was really suffering , I asked them to take my wife in , she is sick but that security guy was like “ WAIT UNTIL BEING CALLED” he acted like he’s ROMBO , very disappointed will never come there again even if I’m dying.

I came here because I am in severe pain from an ear infection and had to wait 3 hours to even be seen. I arrived when there was a 1 hour wait. I am STILL sitting in the doctors office as I write this, when the establishment closes in 40 minutes, waiting desperately to be seen for my pain.
