They have decent gear, but they don't make returns easy when their hours change in spring. When I did find time to drop in on a Saturday they were supposed to open at 10am, but by 1030am they were still not open. It wouldn't be that big of deal except for the late charges they apply if you are late turning in a season rental.

We do not sell new equipment, we focus on rentals and demos. We do sell our demos at the end of the season.
I think it's usually about 1 day. I took my bike in last week and it ended up needing more parts they had to order in and it only took 2 maybe 3 days.
