Bought a ember from them in June. Nothing but issues. Was told they did not know much about embers. I had electrical problems with the fridge and the truma system from the start. (basically the 2 main electrical components on the trailer). Was turned to ember for help. Not sure what this 4 year electrical warranty covered that I paid for but I’m sure it will be handled through ember and not them.

Recently purchased a new trailer from Bish's RV. They have a nice facility and lots of inventory but I can't say I'm super impressed with their customer service/communication skills. We had already picked out a specific brand and model of the trailer so we made it pretty simple for the salesperson. Once we put the deposit down it was pretty much like pulling teeth to know what the next steps were we didn't even find out if we were approved the day before our virtual signing. Now that the trailer is in our possession it is really hard to get communication about warranty issues that need to be addressed. I've emailed and called a few times and all I've heard back is "We've passed it on to our Warranty Department." Anyways, all in all, it was an okay experience and they could work on the responsiveness/customer service side of things. Update- after working with warranty department and service department we finally got our new trailer in for service only for it to be returned to us with items still not in working order. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and am embarrassed that I referred even one person to this company. Take your business elsewhere.

We follow the county health dept. requirements of mask, social distancing and sanitizer available for anyone at the entrance.
I do not believe so. I've always had to bring the rentals back the next day they are open and they physically take the keys back.
The RV park next door has some small cabins. Check with them. Point Express RV park.
Because we have such a large selection of Campers to fit most all trucks, we do not sell them together. If you are considering purchasing a truck and camper, we recommend visiting with us first to help you determine what truck and camper best fits your needs.
We are not set up to provide oil and tire services but can make some recommendations. Please call our service dept for providers in your area.
Do you have the power set to AC or DC on the refrigerator controls? While the Palomino has a three way fridge if it's set to run off of DC it isn't very efficient with summer temps. Make sure you're either set to AC or Auto.
