Kids had fun, even though the tour was quite crowded. Samples were yummy and it was also nice to get credit to buy treats at the end! Just one star docked for big crowds even with a reservation.

Great chocolate and a great 45 minute for families, youth groups or anyone. The tour costs $5 per person then you get $4 back to spend on chocolate and ice cream at the end of the tour.

Absolutely! We deliver year round using ice and special packaging when needed. We even offer a No-Melt Promise, which means that we will make it right with you if the chocolate melts in transit.
I took a tour last weekend. Masks are required. When we got samples during the tour, our guide used a gloved hand to hand us our samples rather than passing around the tin/container, and we would only remove the masks as needed to try the samples before putting them back on. It was just me and my family so we weren't worried about distancing from each other, but there was room to do so, if necessary. I'm not sure what their cleaning policies are like, but I'm sure it would be pretty clean (it seemed clean from what I could tell) considering how frequently they're handling food and the chocolates.

You can order from the website for normal parcel delivery. I don't believe they deliver locally outside of the UPS FedEx type options.
