It was a great experience. They worked with me to discount the price to be where I wanted to be without haggling or pressure. The finance officer offered multiple warranties but again didn't pressure me, only offered and I chose what I wanted. Audi offers nice services like free car washers and courtesy vehicles for service. Overall, I'm happy with the experience. This purchase replaces a car I owned for 15 years which sadly was totaled in an accident.
