It’s a nice gym I haven’t been going for a while but I am about to get back into it. I like the gym overall my only complaint is when people steal the pins out of the machines they are not always replaced very quickly. In a few new Foo foo Gym’s popped up in the area This is more my style.

PowerHouse is a great privately owned local gym. I love the machines and equipment. The locker rooms are clean and well maintained. My favorite workout times are 6pm - 10pm. The gym is not crowded and the members keep the machines clean. I would recommend this gym to everyone I know.

Equipment is out dated, but seems like theyre slowly working on that. Friendly staff and lots of amenities.

Yes you can...you can also go as a guest of a member..they just have to sign you in.
They offer lots of aerobic, yoga, spinning and weight training programs. I have not heard of Silver Sneakers, I'm assuming it involves running or walking. They do have a small indoor track upstairs.
