The lady seems to have an excuse for everything, overpriced items and poor quality. I used master brand chicken wire cutters and the first wire I cut they broke and would not accept a refund. I had my receipt and tool in hand. Her excuse was she needed the Plastic packaging it came with. Obviously keeping the package is something no one does, she could have very easily put it in a box and shipped it off to the manufacturer. I think it must have been too much to handle for her. I was wondering why this place is always empty, NOW I KNOW!!

For anybody who takes down to a customer and tells them they are wrong and says you dont know what your talking about... Should not be a register.. Hairbun wearing kid needs to learn manners...
