I love this Walgreens and the staff there. However, one of the pharmacist is awful, rude, and unprofessional. My insurance approved my son's medication but the male pharmacist with an accent refused to prepare it. I had to call until it was his day off. The other male pharmacist had it ready that same day. WTH?? I moved all my family's prescriptions to CVS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I moved around this pharmacy and decided to switch because of the drive thru and having 2 young children & foot surgery. When ever you pull up to the drive through expect to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you and another 5 mins BEFORE even being acknowledged. They take care of the counter customers first even if they walk up long after you are at the window. And don’t even think about calling…they look at the phone and watch it ring.

THEY NEED A O INSTEAD OF 1STAR!i WAS LITERALLY ON HOLD FOR JUST UNDER 3 HOURS WITH 3CALLERS AHEAD OF ME WHILE I WAS OUT YESTERDAY, AT THE MOMENT I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1HR42MIN WITH 1 CALLER AHEAD OF ME.JUST TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM WAS WRONG WHEN THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT MY SCRIPT WILL BE READY TOMORROW IN NEWARK DELAWARE!! THEY EVEN HUNG UP ON MY DOCTORS SECRETARY TWICE WHEN SHE CALLED TODAY. I WILL ABSOLUTELY CHANGE PHARMACIES ASAP!!
