Was good when I needed a place to stay less money for the month

Booked two rooms for work trip. Place was very unclean. Stains all over sheets and pillows. Burn holes in comforters, stains in sink and tub. Carpet was dirty was a non smoking room yet whole place smelled of smoke. . Front desk lady was very kind and understood. But staff was informed and did not change the sheets or anything. We walked in our rooms and realized just how dirty and unclean it was and asked for a refund. Owner refused to issue any refund and we were forced to stay somewhere else. 0/0 would not recommend staying here under any situation. Went to another hotel in town and said not surprised, we never hear anything good about that place.

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in! My date and I got a hotel because we wanted to go swimming! Well once we got in the hotel room believe it was 106 I checked for Bedbugs didnt see any. The sheets looked clean on the beds. But the tv didnt work.... it needed batteries...guess they didnt have any. We had no towels at all so we waited to go swimming... the lady on the phone said she bring us towels after they were done we waited 1.5 hrs after we got the towels I realized that there was no showerhead just a straight pipe coming out of the wall. After this my date had it. They told him in order for him to get his 67 back he have to talk to the mgr who does that. The next day they said because we were there 30 mins no refund. Dont go here it will be your biggest mistake! This place ruined our date night.

The staff were great, but not a peaceful place to stay. People are up all night long, and the walls are paper thin. The heater in our room was either on 90° or off because we couldn't breathe in the heat. The room wasn't in bad shape, other than the heater being messed up. Although, the seals in the heater and door should be repaired. For being up near lake Erie, the wind blows through them. They should be set up properly for the lake effect winds up there.
