Had to return a couple of large air purifiers with no boxes. The purifier companies have accounts with UPS and UPS Stores so that customers don’t need to pay for shipping. This specific location is privately owned by someone who decided not to accept this type of service. So if you ever need to return something that charges your products company’s UPS account, this is not the place to go. It would have been fine if they explained this upfront. Twice I was told that “we are not the real UPS, we are just a private store that accepts packages on behave of UPS..We don’t accept this account. ” When in fact other The UPS Stores accepts this kind of shipments. This store manager and owner tried to covered their own cost saving decisions to not offer this service as if all Privately owned The UPS Store locations behaves this way. I ended up spending hours of phone calls with very confused customer support as to why UPS stores wouldn’t accept my purifier for return and packaging. Took a second trip and absolute confirmation from customer support for the manager to tell me I need to go to the warehouse as they are the “real” UPS. And took me a third trip for them to truly and fully explain why just specific location does not accept this return, only after I pressed them with facts learned from the UPS warehouse and other UPS stores.

Very rude they don’t even welcome you .They all seem to be in a very bad mood. Instead of asking what can I help you with they go straight to what do you want ?! I mean if you don’t like your job it’s simple find somewhere else 🤷🏻‍♀️ Js
