This is a good place to rent skis & boots. I haven’t been here for a while, but I remember they didn’t charge me for being a little bit late on the rental return. I called them in advance to let them know (I think I had car trouble) on the way back down the mountain after skiing. It’s in a good location & it wasn’t too crowded or hectic. Although, I imagine it can get pretty busy during peak ski season. Good place!

The manager of the store is among one of the worst people I have ever met in costumer service. Very confrontational, borderline abusive and beyond unprofessional, Sandy should not lead the business nor interact with any customers ever again for ski Utah’s sake. Not only Sandy was beyond rude but he also tried to not refund the taxes on the items we returned saying “we don’t refund taxes in this store” — illegal — I am speechless about the disrespectful behavior and the dishonesty of the manager.
