Lots of fun, Dungeon was enjoyable but challenging for our group of 6. From the start Nick helped set things up and was very friendly. He managed our experience very well offering a few nudges when we needed them. He gave us good feedback at the end and it was fun to relive the moments as the time flew by inside. Nick was genuinely interested to hear from us how they might improve future rooms. I will definitely recommend PuzzleWorks to friends and family.

We've done about a dozen escape rooms around the twin cities and PuzzleWorks continues to do a great job. We've done 3 of their 4 rooms; all of them are worth checking out. Nico was an excellent host while we went through the Vault. For those looking for differences between PuzzleWorks and other companies, here are a few thoughts: -As of this writing, the rooms are still private due to pandemic protocols. No mixing with strangers. This makes it easy to add people later without running out of space. They are requesting that staff and costumers wear masks. -The build quality of the rooms is average. Everything has worked great but there are other locations that put more focus into the ambiance. -There is no limit on hints and they don't hurt your time. If your group only want's hints when you ask, clarify this at the start of the game.

This place has some of the best rooms I've seen in 100+ rooms I've done! Their set design, creative puzzles and wacko sense of humor make each and every room of theirs a delight to play. I did the new dungeon room last night, and the game master was very friendly and helpful, giving us just the right clues at just the right time. We finished with less then a minute to go. The puzzles were difficult without being overly frustrating. All their rooms are worth doing. The Hospital room in particular will blow your mind. Trust me.

We did the hospital room and it was such a neat experience! We do many escape rooms and this one was by far the coolest I’ve seen! Leila is an awesome game master and she made our experience even better. We will be back to try The Vault and The dungeon. 👍 Edit: Just did The Vault now. It’s deceivingly difficult and is not a beginner room like they claimed. The difficulty rating should be 8 not 10. Very cool puzzles!! Karen was an awesome game master too! 👍
