We are open 11:00am-6:00pm EST on Saturdays. Our office is in Utah, so we open 9:00am here. You can also reach out via the HelpCloud HelpDesk icon on your desktop. We have technicians there to help 24/7.

Hi Beverly, you can either call our main number (see the number on the top of our website) or you can submit a written request via email to customer service. Be sure to state that you would like to cancel your services and the date to cancel. Thanks!

Why was I told 2 hours to fix my PC and get into my email and I would get a callback Today and I didn't get a call and my PC is not fixed.
