I ordered the Poetry Lover Dress and after reading a review that it ran bigger I decided to size down to a Medium and I got it and it didn't fit and didn't really look much like the picture I saw on this website. I then called and asked if I could get my money back and they told me no. $72 spent on a dress that I can't refund. I am very disappointed in company's like this. People who spend several bucks just to get an item and then find out they don't like it and can't return the items even if they didn't take the tags off of it or anything! VERY disappointing!! Needless to say, I don't plan on buying from this company again or recommending it to anyone that I know! This seems to be a flaw in every boutique and they need to fix it. Especially for people who spend a lot of money online and don't shop in person. People work hard for their money and if they are willing to return it, the money should be given back to them!

I ordered a dress from them with a full refund if it doesn’t fit, so l contacted them and now they are telling me that there is no refunds. The clothes are very cheap looking. All the nice looking dresses are never available and they are all hand washed air dry. They sent me the dress with no information or receipt. Buyer beware. They contacted me and started that l have to pay for the return and will only give me store credit. Like l said don’t buy there they are one of the only place that l had this kind of trouble with.

This store does have very cute clothes. I would have to disagree with those who say it is affordable and true to size. I brought my two girls in to look. I was blown away by how high the prices were. Also my daughter tried on some of the clothes and they are not true to size.

I have searched for YEARS to find a clothing brand that is stylish, affordable, and true-to-size. Trying on the items I ordered from One Loved Babe honestly made me a little emotional. I didn't think I would ever find clothes that fit me well AND that I feel pretty in, let alone that I wouldn't have to pay $150+ per item for. One Loved Babe is easily my new favorite brand. You will NOT regret purchasing from them, I guarantee it!
