Ashley has helped us twice now with framing nd glass issue ..she is a great asset to Michaels.Also she is kind and caring, she listened to our needs nd helped us out both times kudos !!! ..Michaels is very lucky to have her on your staff .I m from long island N.Y.nd I Have always Michael there for many things. I'm glad to see things are just as good here ..Thank you for all your staff and help !!

I was given a Michael's gift card recently. I can't figure out what the value is. It has $25 - $500 on the card. Says at the bottom 'Card has no value until activated by cashier. Am I flying blind until I buy something?

I believe you can call the store or the number on the card and they can give you the balance on the card prior to you buying something.
