Fantastic place in which to live In Florida. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly people. Tennis oriented. Only two minuses are the tiny restaurant and uncomfortable seating for entertainment.

Well maintained, spotless, secure. Nice clubhouse with pool, hot tub, resistance pool, cafe (good food).

minimum rental is 7 months

I'm interested in purchasing one of your homes. Are grandkids allowed to go to the pool? Am I allowed to put a pool in the backyard? Thanks!

If the back yard is large enough pools are allowed. During non pandemic times grandchildren are allowed in the pool. Check with the office on the latest rules regarding ages.
