Trane makes junk plain and simple. BRAND NEW a/c unit installed in 2012 and the condenser unit died AFTER TWO YEARS… it leaked and TRANE made me pay for labor on a replacement. In February 2022 it died again. So BRAND NEW UNIT 10 years out has BEEN REPLACED TWO TIMES! This month, September 2022, the air handler coil inside sprung a leak and now that needs to be replaced! TRANE MAKES JUNK THAT SIMPLY DOES NOT LAST! BTW the old Carrier unit from 1995 in my rental apartment is still running just fine. I replace a capacitor every now and then, but the coils, inside and out, ARE ORIGINAL. I will NEVER buy another Trane air conditioner. How do you stop a Trane? Simply use it for regular use, don’t worry they’ll die on their own without any help! Total garbage product and manufacturer for not standing behind their products. Was $3,000.00 to replace my unit up top. Tech just advised air handler coil is bad. 10 year Trane warranty expired 08/22. Built in obsolescence working real good for Trane, not so good for their customers, however. I’m waiting for the estimate for the air handler replacement. They simply don’t make things like they used to. No offense meant for the installers or service folks. It’s not their fault Trane makes products built to fail prematurely.

Legit the worst supply house in the county. Expect at least an hour of your day wasted. There are 3 counter sales guys but only one person ever working. It's enough for me to stop recommending trane products to customers
