The sales staff and service advisor I have no issues with. The service technicians are a different story. I Brought my brand new bike in for the first service. Not one scratch on it except on the engine cover from shipping damage. Oil from the oil change all over the bike, controls, grips and engine. Very fine scratches on rear fairing and display gauge from them cleaning the bike with probably some dirty rag they use all the time. No attempt to clean and lube chain. Top it all off the guy takes my camera out of the housing to make sure its turned off before he even gets on the bike. Very distrustful. What's more disheartening is I have a featureless camera on the back that portrays very poor behavior towards someones toy that they worked hard for. On a seperate bike I bought used from them. I expect it used but not in negligent shape that could take my life. The battery was dead which they did replace immediately but they didnt even install it correctly with the strap down. On the rusty nasty chain the tension was out of factory spec so much it was grinding away at the chain gaurd. So choose this shop at your own peril, but my time, money and life isnt worth it.
