I have never had a worse experience at a store customer service was inattentive lazy and unhelpful myself and another customer were frustrated beyond words I was scammed out of $30 by their printers and no one in the building seemed to care. It's a shame office depot is too big to fail.

The staff was super friendly and eager to help but corporate changed their password to access fedex and they weren’t able ship anything. Can’t believe a company like this would drop the ball on enabling their staff to do their jobs.
