I drove an hour to get a pickup order for a new printer that only this location had in stock. After pickup, I drove all the way back home and come to find out the printer was previously used. Whoever returned it returned a lesser printer model with no toner. So they basically scammed OfficeMax by returning an old printer for a new upgrade. Instead of OfficeMax actually checking the product, they just resold it. I'm out nearly 4 hours of time now after returning it and incredibly annoyed. I am very unlikely to ever buy something from OfficeMax again other than for basic office supplies.

Sincerely difficult for me to believe that office depot owns them. This location gives you the customer service of a local provider.

I know they carry the white paint pens and I believe they have the silver as well.
